Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or changes made too late. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you reschedule within this time frame, your deposit will be carried over to the new appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book again. If you do not show up for your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
